These terms cover your use of matchaagusto.com, run by Matcha Gusto (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

We work hard to keep the menu, prices and pop-up hours current, but they can change, specials run while supplies last, and our Instagram stories may have the latest. Prices shown are in US dollars, and the price at our cart or shop applies. Online ordering isn’t available yet. When it is, any purchase will have its own checkout terms.

Allergens and caffeine

Our drinks are made by hand with shared equipment. Our menu includes milk, coconut, oat milk, sesame and fruit, and our ingredients can change. We can’t guarantee any drink is free of a particular allergen. Please tell us about any allergy before you order. Matcha and coffee contain caffeine. If you’re pregnant, sensitive to caffeine, or ordering for a child, keep that in mind.

Joining our list is free and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text. See our Privacy Policy.

Photos you share (Gusto Wall)

When you upload a photo, you confirm it’s yours (or that you have permission from everyone in it), and you let us show it on our website with your Instagram handle. You keep ownership of your photo. We choose which photos to show, and we’ll remove yours whenever you ask. Don’t upload anything illegal, hurtful, or anyone else’s work.

Event requests

An event request is an inquiry, not a booking. An event is confirmed only when we agree on the details, price and date with you directly.

Our content

Our name, logo, photos and site design belong to Matcha Gusto. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Sharing links to our site is always welcome.

Disclaimers

We provide the site “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under California law that can’t be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ventura County, California, unless the law says otherwise.
